This is a perfect trip for all adventurers who want to learn the skills of day hiking and biking in the Cascades. A transformative and empowering all-women retreat will leave you with a mindful reset, new skills, and a lifetime of new friends.  Our Daily yoga will inspire you, along with daily journaling, guest speakers, games, and cozy accommodations in Mazama. Beautiful views of Blue Lake and Cutthroat Pass provide a spot for pictures and snacks before we hike down the picturesque landscape trail to meet our Backcountry Wyld van at the trailhead—bike along the Methow River with a delicious local lunch. Take in an afternoon yoga session or workshop before we enjoy our happy hour and group dinner.  

All-inclusive: All meals, lodging, gear, yoga, art classes, and guest speakers included. Three mountain guides (Gratuity not included), all transportation is provided from pick-up and drop-off points at Mazama, WA.

The Heidi is a 3-night, 4-day backpacking trip (1-night lodging in Leavenworth or Winthrop), from  Bridge Creek, WA, to Stehekin, WA, on the Pacific Crest Trail. This trip is located in the Cascade National Park and will require permits for all our backpackers. Our Backcountry Wyld van will meet you at the Mt Vernon Amtrak station and shuttle you 2  1/2 hrs on the Cascade Scenic Hwy, stopping at Ross Lake for the view and briefing of the 4-day backpacking trip.  This will give you plenty of time to meet our guides and be given your Be Wyld gear for the weekend. Pack one duffel with extra clean clothes and anything else you may need for lodging.  This trip is rated moderate and is the perfect weekend backpacking trip for a fit day hiker to an intermediate backpacker.  A beautiful, well-groomed trail that borders Bridge Creek into Stehekin. On the final day of our trek, we will be transported to Stehekin, where we will visit the famous Stehekin Bakery and even go for a bike ride if desired. We will board the Stehekin ferry and be transported 2 hours down Lake Chelan to the town of Chelan. Our Backcountry Wyld van will transport us to the Bavarian town of Leavenworth, where we will spend our last night and have our final group dinner.  Enjoy a yummy breakfast and lattes before our beautiful van rides back through Stevens Pass to your drop-off point in Seattle or Mt Vernon, WA.

Ultra-light gear (backpack, sleeping bag, pad, air mattress, pillow, trekking poles, stove, fuel, 2-liter water bottles, titanium cup, spork, water filter, 2-man tent, and food container). Alerts: This trip is a great overview of what to expect if you're thinking about hiking the Pacific Crest Trail.

The Hazel is a 6-night, 7-day backpacking trip (1-night lodging in Leavenworth) from Snoqualmie Pass, WA, to Stevens Pass, WA, on the Pacific Crest Trail (Section J). This trip is geared towards the hearty backpacker who will be physically challenged the entire trip and will be backpacking 10-12 miles per day.  Perfect for someone wanting to experience the PCT and get a real taste of the backcountry thru-hiker. After being picked up in our Backcountry Wyld van at our Seattle pick-up point, you will be briefed by our guides and be issued your Be Wyld gear for the trip. We will drive approximately 45 minutes up to Snoqualmie Pass, where we embark on the start of your adventure.  Lunch, snacks, coffee, and electrolytes will be offered before we hit the trail. We will be hiking on the Kendal Catwalk, weaving our way up and down various passes, camping at lakes, and wading through rivers. 

After we reach the end of the trail at Stevens Pass Ski Resort, we will board the Backcountry Wyld van and be transported to the adorable Bavarian town of Leavenworth.  We will stay in Leavenworth and have our final group dinner. Snitzel and beer, anyone?!  On departure day, enjoy a yummy breakfast and local baked goods and coffee before we head out in the Backcountry Wyld van for our beautiful ride over Stevens Pass back to your drop-off point.

The Helen is our mid-level PCT backpacking trip and our only trip offered in OR on the Pacific Crest Trail.  It will challenge you physically, but a scaled-down fit level from the Hazel. We will be backpacking approximately 10 miles per day.  Transportation will be available from Seattle via Portland to Cascade Locks pick-up points. The Helen is a 4-night, 5-day backpacking trip (1 night lodging at Timberline Lodge). We will backpack through several waterfalls with lush flora and fauna, and offer a short side trip to Ruby Falls. On our final day of hiking, we will find ourselves on Mt Hood and hike right into our last night lodging at Timberline Lodge.  Pack your bathing suit and soak in the lodge's hot tub before our final group dinner at Timberline.  Departure day starts with Timberline's famous brunch before we transport you back to Cascade Locks, Portland, or Seattle.

The Henley is our introduction to backpacking at an intermediate fit-level 2.  We will start our hike from Rainy Pass and hike 5.5 miles through beautiful flora and fauna to Cutthroat Pass. Our second day of hiking is 5.5 miles down Cutthroat Pass, where we will meet our Backcountry Wyld Van. We will be lodging in Mazama, WA, for our second night and will have our group dinner.  Sunday morning will include breakfast, restorative yoga, and a light lunch before we depart.
